The MultiPulse TFL by Jena Surgical is an innovative Thulium Fiber Laser (TFL) system, designed both for high-precision surgical treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) and for state-of-the-art endoscopic lithotripsy.

Its technology enables the rapid pulverization of stones into dust (dusting) without the retropulsion effect, while simultaneously providing superior hemostatic capability during prostate enucleation (ThuLEP). The use of extremely thin optical fibers ensures maximum flexibility and safety, significantly reducing procedure times and patient hospital stays.
